Our last full day in Iceland before getting antigen tests tomorrow, returning the car rental, and flying home. We strolled over to the Aurora Museum, another small, well done museum about.. . Slide shows, info, even head sets to get visitors into the experience. Well done.
And then we took a helicopter tour of Fagradalsfjal, the volcano that became active a few months ago. There are large lava fields but most of the flow is underground. The flight was fun with some good views of Rejkavik from the air — the shots of the fields seem like abstract paintings.
